POS integrations: questions, answered
01How much does a POS integration cost?
POS integrations with WorkflowLabs start from $1,000 CAD. The price depends on how many systems are connected, the quality of their APIs, data volume, real-time needs and whether sync is one-way or two-way. You get a fixed price in a written scope first.
02Which systems can you integrate with my POS?
Most systems with a documented API, including payment processors, inventory tools, online ordering and delivery platforms, accounting software and loyalty programmes. We confirm feasibility during scoping.
03What if my POS has no public API?
We tell you plainly during scoping. Sometimes there is a supported export or partner route; sometimes the honest answer is a different POS.
04Will an integration disrupt service?
No. We build and test against real transactions outside service hours and switch over at a time you choose.
05Who maintains the integration after launch?
You own the code and documentation. We offer ongoing support and monitoring, with replies within 24 hours, if you want us to keep it running.
