Before you hire us
01How much does a project cost?
Websites start from $999 CAD, POS and kitchen display system setup from $1,500 CAD, custom software from $5,000 CAD and SaaS from $10,000 CAD. The final price depends on scope, features, integrations and content, and you get a fixed price in a written scope before any work begins.
02How long does a project take?
Most websites take 2–4 weeks, POS and kitchen display setups 1–3 weeks, and custom software or SaaS 6–16 weeks for a first release. The launch date is agreed in writing at the start, and we keep it.
03Who owns the code?
You do. On final payment we hand over the full source code, documentation and access to every account, so you are never locked in to us.
04Do you handle hosting and maintenance?
Yes, if you want us to. We set up fast, reliable hosting in your name and offer ongoing maintenance and monitoring; if you prefer to manage it yourself, we hand everything over.
05Do you supply POS hardware?
We can recommend, source and set up terminals, printers, cash drawers, card readers and kitchen screens, or configure hardware you already own. Hardware is listed separately in the written scope.
06Do you work with clients in the USA and India?
Yes. We are based in Ontario, Canada and work remotely with clients across Canada, the USA and India, priced in CAD, USD or INR. We cover all US time zones from Eastern Time and keep a daily overlap with IST.
07What are your payment terms?
Payment is milestone-based; the milestones and amounts are agreed in the written scope before work begins.
08How many revisions are included?
Revisions are built into the process. You review a clickable prototype and weekly preview links, and the number of revision rounds is set out in the written scope so there are no surprises.
09Is SEO included?
Yes, on-page SEO is included in every website: page titles and descriptions, headings, structured data, a sitemap, fast load times and mobile-friendly layouts. Ongoing content and ad campaigns are scoped separately.
10What support do you offer after launch?
The same team that built your project stays reachable after launch and replies within 24 hours. Ongoing support and maintenance can be arranged in the scope.
11Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. We review what works on your current site, keep your content and search rankings where they matter, and rebuild it to be faster and clearer, with redirects set up so existing links keep working.
12What should I prepare before we talk?
A short description of your business, what you want the project to achieve, any sites or tools you like, your current systems, your budget range and your ideal launch date. Logos, photos and content help, but we can work out what is missing together.
